Lisa has a passion for coaching leaders and teams to drive effectiveness and deliver results. She brings over 30 years of experience in Sales Management and Human Resources with blue-chip companies including Quaker Oats, Pillsbury, Diageo, and most recently as the Director of Learning & Development at General Mills. Lisa is known for her ability to help teams take on complex issues and translate them into simple, actionable plans. She is passionate about working with newly appointed leaders to help their teams quickly assimilate and drive organizational results. Her extensive experience involves leading and facilitating cross-functional Executive Teams across areas of learning & development strategy, competency modeling, curriculum development and organizational change.
Lisa holds a BA from Concordia College, Moorhead MN in Business Administration and Communications. She is certified in many employee assessments including Hogan and Myers-Briggs.
