Marilyn brings more than 20 years of consumer insights experience with clients like 3M, Best Buy, General Mills, Whole Foods and Cargill to help LINX clients get deeper insights from their employees. Marilyn founded LINX WorkForce Innovations after successfully launching SIVO Insights 10 years ago. “At SIVO we are the Voice of the Consumer while at LINX we are the Voice of the Employee”. She observed how leadership teams within companies struggle to attract and retain their top talent and knew she could help by applying insights expertise to forward-thinking employers. Marilyn holds an MBA from the Red McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin.
