Ruthie has 25 years of experience in human insights, brand strategy and marketing communications at organizations like Leo Burnett Worldwide and General Millshaving partnered with Fortune 500 brands across categories including food, CPG, retail, technology and entertainment. Throughout her career, she has developed a deep empathy for and a keen understanding of human behavior and applies that insight with a strategic, business-oriented lens.  Ruthie brings this expertise through her work with LINX, since uncovering motivations for behavior, whether in the marketplace or workforce, require the same finesse, rigor and skill. Ruthie holds an MS in Integrated Marketing Communications from Northwestern University.
