Suz Roemer Feely specializes in coaching leaders to achieve exceptional levels of personal effectiveness. She works with leaders and high potential employees who are transitioning to new levels of responsibility, and with those who want to be more effective in their current roles. Suz has more than 20 years of experience in leadership coaching, career coaching, strengths coaching, team/group effectiveness, change management, organizational design/succession, and talent management in medium and large organizations, with over 16 years as a HR leader in a Fortune 50 company.
Suz is known for her compassionate and objective approach to coaching. She leverages neuroscience breakthroughs to accelerate growth and build sustainable results. She believes in the power of insight, and she assists leaders in accessing insight to change behavior and create new habits. Suz also integrates her practice as an attorney and her business acumen to create a differentiated experience involving deep exploration of multiple perspectives. This allows leaders to choose what habits and strengths bring out their best self to drive desired results.
Suz is currently on the Board of Directors for Adler Graduate School and was a former Chairperson of the Board. She is a member of the MN Chapter of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Suz is a guest speaker for a leadership development program for sports captains in the St. Louis Park School District. She also taught at Concordia University and is an adjunct Professor at Mitchell Hamlin Law School.
Suz holds a Juris Doctorate with emphasis in employment law from Mitchell Hamlin Law School. She obtained her coaching certification from the Coaches Training Institute and is an ICF credentialed coach. Suz is certified to interpret the Hogan assessments. She is also certified as a Senior Human Resources Professional (SPHR) and as a Parenting Coach.
